And yeah, I guess you could be putting away that laundry you folded last night, but it'll still be there tomorrow. This moment — right here with your family is what you'll want to remember. You wouldn't trade this for the world, and with photos like these, none of you will forget them.

IT’S WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THEM
It’s funny how our little ones make no sense at all, but at the same time, all the sense in the world. They’re all wonder and emotion and energy. When it comes time to take their photos, acting “perfect” is nowhere on their radar.
As parents that can be worrisome. But as a photographer it makes my job of capturing beautiful, candid photographs … uncomplicated.
My best advice is for you to follow your kids' lead! Give into every “mama, up!” plea, admire the flowers they picked, sing along, chase them when they take off running—have fun with your kids.
(Oh and don't worry, I'll wrangle you all into the frame with gentle prompts and suggestions when it's needed.)

Outfit ideas, location suggestions, tumultuous toddlers? With over a decade of experience photographing hundreds of family sessions I have you covered—and then some!
01. TALK IT OUT
After inquiring we’ll hop on the phone to talk all about your fam and the photos you want of them. I want to hear what the dynamics are like between you, personality highlights/
disclaimers, and anything that’s on your mind.
02. MARK YOUR CALENDAR
After getting to the bottom of where and what weekday evening would be the best session for your family I’ll send over a contract and invoice for your session fee. Once you get those back to me, your work is basically done! Need something? Anything? Tell me so I can help please!
03. Sunset playdate
Okay this is important so listen closely, during your session I’ll need you to: be yourselves. Forget about posing or perfection. I’ll encourage you to play a game, squeeze and chase each other. While you’re lost in the moment, I’ll be getting it on camera.
04. choose your favorites
In 2 weeks you’ll receive a slideshow of your entire gallery! From there you’ll choose the collection that provides the number of photos you want from your gallery. After payment you’ll be able to select your photos and use your print credit to order prints.

The online platform I use makes it a breeze to select your favorite photos to print and make an album. With a couple of clicks your tangible memories will be headed right to your doorstep! After tucking in your kids after a doozy of a day, these pictures in the hall will stop you in your tracks. Making you think, “Damn, am I lucky or what.”
Frequently asked questions
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
An age old dilemma … now solved, by yours truly! You are cutests when you’re comfy and feel like yourself, so that’ll be our goal. I’ll send over a handy little styling tool to help you easily coordinate outfits.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I try to stay within an hour of my homebase in Chester County, PA. If you aren’t local to the area, but have hopes of working together, let’s talk about it!
WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL WE MEET?
We’ll aim for 1.5 hours before sunset when the lighting is dreamiest. That time varies throughout the year, leading to later summer sessions and earlier spring/fall sessions.
WHERE WILL OUR SESSION BE?
When planning your session I’ll send you options of the prettiest fields or farms in the Chester county area where we’ll have free reign while shooting!
